By accessing or using CleanQuote you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Use of the calculator
The calculator provides estimates based on inputs you supply. Results are informational and are not a binding quote or guarantee of price. Actual job scope and pricing may vary depending on on-site conditions.
Accounts
When you create an account you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to engage in abuse, fraud, or unauthorized data collection. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Paid features & billing
Some features require a paid subscription. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Subscription terms, renewal timing, and customer billing details are managed through Stripe checkout and the customer portal. For billing help or account deactivation, email trycleanquote@gmail.com.
Intellectual property
All content, design, and code comprising CleanQuote are owned by CleanQuote or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without prior written permission.
Advertising
Public pages on this site may display third-party advertisements provided by Google AdSense. Ad content is not endorsed by CleanQuote and is subject to Google's own terms and privacy policies.
Limitation of liability
CleanQuote is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CleanQuote and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
